I figured out why I wasn’t losing weight. I snack on nuts and I eat handfuls at a time. I realized they are 170 cal for 20 pieces. I was eating thousands of calories. That’s done. I’ll start again without the nuts.
I can’t believe it’s December. Ryan and I are going to the Whiskey to see Missing Persons next weekend. That will be fun. I need fun.
